Add the gin and vermouth to a Boston glass filled with ice. Stir with a long bar spoon to combine. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Fok Hing Gin (75ml)
Dry Vermouth (15ml)
Tip: Pack a lot of ice into the mixing glass. Too little ice and you'll end up with wet ice, which will over dilute the drink. Stirring the drink rather than shaking allows you to control the level of dilution.
