FOK HING GIN x Chinesology?

In collaboration with Hong Kong's iconic eatery 'Chinesology' the majestic artistry of Chef Saito’s innovative take on Chinese cuisine meets the world of gin in this exquisite creation, infused with the rich traditions of the past and the bold flavors of the present. Inspired by the harmony of sweet and tangy notes found in time-honored ingredients, this gin is a tribute to culinary craftsmanship, offering a taste experience unlike any other.

A tribute to cherished flavors in Chinese cuisine, indulge in the deep, caramel-like sweetness of dates, the luscious richness of longan, and the tart vibrance of hawthorn berries. Each sip unravels layers of warmth and complexity, much like the carefully balanced dishes that Chef Saito masterfully reimagines. Just as these ingredients have long been associated with vitality and well-being, may this gin bring you an abundance of joy, prosperity, and delightful moments to savour.

INNOVATIVE TWISTS ON TRADITIONS

Designed by Tiny Island, this year’s theme features Hong Kong’s signature tram (also called a Ding Ding), first operated under British ruling to now continuing on as a vintage transport that runs from the East to the West along the northern coast. Below the label, you’ll even find a vintage tram ticket from the 50’s, displaying key destinations of our brand, including the Western side of where we source our botanicals near the Western Market.
