What's in a name? What's in a bottle? The name FOK HING GIN might get you a little flustered. But when you open, pour and taste the contents of a bottle, we're sure you'll exhale in a relaxed fashion and nod in approval at what is a finely crafted, superior tasting drink.
It’s inspired by Hong Kong, in case you didn’t already know, and is named after a street the locals have long since stopped guffawing at. But visitors from all over the world still seem to enjoy its similarity with a western profanity. Almost as much as people are enjoying the fok-hing fine quality gin that bears it name.

FRAGRANT HARBOUR
Whiling away the hours by enjoying a good cup of 'cha' at a teahouse has long been a well-admired past-time of Hong Kongers and Brits alike. So we've taken inspiration from the fusion of the tea-drinking culture between the Chinese and the English by incorporating jasmine green tea in our gin. The perfumed scent of the tea represents Hong Kong's title as the 'Fragrant Harbour' where the unique aroma and taste of jasmine beautifully compliments the rest of the herbal botanicals within.
THE BOTANICALS
Fragrant with juniper and jasmine tea on the nose. Crisp notes of grapefruit and lime tantalise the palette, before flourishing with a subtle yet spicy kick of Szechuan pepper.

THE FINISH |
The fragrance of jasmine tea brings a delicate yet subtle floral scent, mixed with fresh earthy pine notes of juniper. |
The bittersweet flavours of grapefruit and lime is brought to the palette with a burst of zingy citrus notes, accentuating other spice botanicals in turn. |
A seductive hint of Szechuan Pepper ties the floral and citrus notes together, creating the right balance to a long finish with a lingering warmth. |
